Warranty Coverage
We offer two tiers of warranty coverage based on product type:
Electronic Products — 1 Year Warranty
Products with electronic components (including digital thermometers, motorized tools, and electronic testing devices) are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Non-Electronic Products — 90 Day Warranty
All non-electronic products (including skimmer nets, brushes, racks, organizers, and manual tools) are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship
- Structural failure under normal use conditions
- Rust or corrosion on metal components (under normal use)
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper storage or maintenance
- Damage from chemical exposure beyond normal pool/spa use
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect
- Provide photos or videos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion
- You may be required to return the defective product
Warranty Remedies
At our discretion, we will either repair the defective product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a full refund of the purchase price.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
